If you are interested in becoming part of our team, we would love to have a conversation to see if we are a good mutual fit. Our goal is to grow our firm one rep, one handshake at a time. We don’t look to bring in the masses, just focused, qualified advisors with integrity and a desire to grow. All potential representatives must complete a Registration Application and have an acceptable CRD and credit report. Our Representative Review Committee will typically review each application within 24 to 48 hours. Minimum production to join Girard is $150,000.
A seamless move to a new broker/dealer requires planning and organization. When you join Girard, one of our experienced coordinators will prepare a transition plan and timeline that will be customized to meet the specific needs of your practice. Additionally, our transition team, which is made up of members from each department within Girard, will provide you with personalized support throughout each phase of the transition. We will walk you through our systems, policies, procedures and process so that you are familiar with all methods of operation as quickly and efficiently as possible. We are proud to say that our advanced transition system makes a tedious process quick and efficient.
